If you've purchased a sealed case of Gold Seal from our website, we offer a 100% buyback guarantee of the purchase price of the case. Here are the details: 

• The case must be in factory sealed condition with no evidence of tampering
• Customer must contact us via email (sales@goldsealcards.com) with intent to return
• Package must be shipped within ten (10) calendar days of the original delivery date
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs 
• Shipping service must be tracked
• Original shipping cost will not be refunded
• Refund will be issued within fourteen (14) calendar days of return delivery date
• Refund will be issued via PayPal
• In during inspection, the case appears to be tampered with, it will be returned to sender
• Guarantee only applies to one (1) case per series
